A vinyasa based private yoga practice, with attention to Pranayama (breath awareness), Asana (postures) and Dhyana (Meditation).
Yoga can create balance and unity of body, mind, breath and spirit. Private Yoga is tailored to you and can include emphasis on meditation or certain other qualities, as required.

ONLINE GROUP STRENGTH £8
Build strength in this whole body circuits based class.
A strength based class with 2 or 3 circuits repeated twice.
Some weights are required to participate, dumbbells or kettlebells can be used.
Suitable for all levels, variations of exercises provided.

ONLINE BODYWEIGHT HIIT £8
Improve metabolic health and fitness in a fast paced high intensity intervals group class.
A cardio based class with 2 or 3 circuits repeated twice.
This class is bodyweight and will move across muscle groups providing balance. No equipment required, other than a mat and plenty of water for hydration.
Suitable for all levels, variations of exercises provided.

ONLINE YOGA FOR MOBILITY AND MINDFULNESS £8
A vinyasa based yoga class, with attention to Pranayama (breath awareness), Asana (postures) and Dhyana (Meditation).
A class to bring awareness to mindfulness and mobility. No experience required just come as you are and do what you can. Variations provided.
Mat, blocks or cushions recommended.
